Unlike the traditional open format salon setting, we cannot guarantee that you’ll be accommodated by any of our professionals without making prior contact or arrangements. For professionals interested in leasing a suite, it is also advised that you reach out here to schedule a tour.

Yes. PRIM. Salon Suites has created a very sustainable model to accommodate professionals that may have mobile businesses or traveling clientele. If you need a space for just an hour, we’ve got you covered. If you’d like to take clients for one day, we’ve got you too.

Your lease affords you one suite with a key and electronic lock where you can set your own personalized code for around the clock access. Your lease and weekly rent also covers all utilities (wi-fi, electricity, water, heating and cooling, 24 hour video surveillance). Every long term tenant will also receive outdoor marketing materials and an active listing on our website.

Of course. We encourage you to create a space that is lavish, comfortable and expresses your style. We also offer some furniture rental and decor options to assist in making your space your own.

Absolutely! Let us know the details of how many persons, the frequency you’d like to offer your course or event, etc. We’ll be happy to accommodate you within a suite or within our neighboring properties at The Suites at Ivy Station for larger groups.

Clayton County and the city of Riverdale requires all suite owners to apply for a business license/certificate of occupancy.

Barbers, Cosmetologists and Estheticians must be licensed in accordance with the Georgia Cosmetology State Board. Braiders and locticians do not have to be licensed but still must adhere to the municipal guidelines for obtaining a business license. Massage therapists, nurses and other professionals providing health and beauty treatments must have proper credentials for their field, as well.

General and professional liability insurance, along with renter’s insurance are also recommended to protect your business, clientele and your space.
